WebJul 6, 2024 · The "bump + cut out" used to happen on my R1200RT. In my case it was the clutch switch that was the culprit. As a temporary remedy I got into the habit of when I moved into sixth gear I simply used the back of my fingers to push the clutch lever out all the way before setting the Cruise Control.
