WebFor example, I'm starting a new save, and I'm only around 1,500 cims. All my intersections and roads are carefully constructed to ensure free flowing traffic. However, TM:PE shows the flow in the 80's, whereas without the mod, traffic flow is in the low/mid 90's. Does anyone know why this disparity exists? Is it just the way TM:PE calculates flow?
