This will paste the selected keyframes but it will flip the pose (in order to flip the pose correctly you'll need to name the bones like this: PartOfTheBody_L and PartOfTheBody_R (Left and Right) Playing an animation in reverse: WebUse Pose->Animation->Bake Action with this settings: it will bake constraint transforms into keyframes on given range. Make sure to select: Visual Keying this will force blender to take visual transforms including transforms that come from constraint and make sure to check Clear Constraints.
