WebFeb 15, 2024 · In Microsoft 365 organizations with mailboxes in Exchange Online, organizational anti-spam settings are controlled by Exchange Online Protection (EOP). But, there are also specific anti-spam settings that admins can configure on individual mailboxes in Exchange Online: Note WebOffice365 Quarantine junk mail.... again. This seems to have started late yesterday and happening again today. Something changed in the mail filters and now a TON of legitimate email is ending up in Junk for a number of my clients. Also some are ending up in quarantine as phishing or malware (also legit) and it's creating another big headache.
